Introduction

I create captures and the essence of Filipina amateur models from Manila, from portraits and underwear to fine art photography and video work in my cam studio in Makati.

Whether you're looking for a simple amateur for a cam show or a semi-professional fashion model for a shoot, we have a wide variety of talented models available. Most of them are part time models who attend university or work in reputable jobs.

Locations and Lights

Most Filipina photo portraits are cute or natural. I prefer to use ambient light - a mix of natural daylight and fill-in flash. Sometimes I do shoot indoors with studio flash, but prefer nice and romantic locations like hotels, restaurants, shopping centers or other backyard sites. It's amazing how much better a portrait look with natural light and urban backgrounds.

Partners

I am currently working with local models and foreign photo agencies for commercial and editorial purposes. The webcam chat studio is still a project in work. Friends have completed cam studios in Angeles City and Subic Bay, but we are still looking for a solution in Makati or anywhere else in Metro Manila.
Of course there is always a possibility to utilize photo models and locations in above mentioned provinces. We also arrange photo tours to Boracay and Cebu when demand is arising.

History of Manila Photography Art

The first Filipino photographer was Félix Laureano. His picture compositions like En el baño (Bathroom) and also Cuadrilleros (Laborers) geared at human shapes and animal fights in the Philippines. He became the first Manila artist to publish a book of photographs about the Pilipinas "Memories of the Philippines" in Barcelona in 1895. Laureano was also regarded as “the first Filipino artist to consciously use photography as a medium for art”. It is unknown is he engaged in portrait or fine art photography, but his book can still be seen in recent reprints in National Bookstores around the country.
